The principal activity of the farm is the cultivation of olives and their transformation in an excellent extra virgin olive oil. A process which, from the mechanized picking to the cold pressing in the family frantoio, takes only 12 hours. The result is an oil with a very low acid content, a rich fruity flavour, a gold green colour and whose organoletic characteristics are of top quality.
